At Beara Necessities, we value community and sustainability. Our ethos is built on supporting local producers and minimising our environmental footprint. We use only local organic vegetables and salads, mainly grown on our Allihies farm and we proudly collaborate with local farmers and producers such as Macroom Buffalo Mozzarella, Gubbeen Meats & Cheeses, Milleens Cheese, and Lorge Chocolate, among others. By sourcing our ingredients locally, we not only ensure the freshest and highest quality produce but also contribute to the growth of West Cork’s artisan food industry. We aim to offer an authentic and enriching culinary experience to both the local community and the many visitors who explore our beautiful region.
